My client specializes in the development, design and manufacture of large and medium calibre ammunition families and is a world leader in the field of artillery, mortar and infantry systems as well as plant engineering.

• Development of the Demilitarisation and Propulsion business strategy. 
• Acquisition and execution of Demilitarisation and Propulsion business. 
• Manage all Demilitarisation and Propulsion projects with regards to technical requirements, schedule, cost and risks. 
• Compile and control proposal costing and overhead budgets. 
• Compile technical proposals and render marketing support. 
• Establish and maintain client and supplier relationships and/or partnerships. 
• Coach and mentor Engineers. 
• Manage staff, develop HR and intellectual capital.
  

• Minimum B-Eng degree/B-Tech explosives 
• 5 years' Management experience. 
• 5 years' experience in the explosives industry, specifically in the demilitarisation and/or propulsion fields. 
• Computer literacy (MS Office packages including MS projects).
