Mandatory Skills:

· 3-5 years’ experience in 3-axis and 5-axis machining

· Ability to machine precision parts within .0005” or .015mm

· Run 2 to 3 machines at any one time

· Machine plastic, aluminum, steel, and composite parts

· Knowledge and experience in CAM programming

· Knowledge and experience in Solid Works or Similar CAD system

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience in machining prototype parts

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with our Programmers and Project Leads to machine parts on CNC machines Okuma 3 & 5 axis, Datron 5 axis, and Haas 3axis.

· Support the product development teams by machining and delivering prototype parts that meet or exceed dimension and finish specifications

· Run 2 to 3 machines at any one time.

· Machine plastic, aluminum, steel, and composite parts.

· Problem solving in creative setup on CNC in pre and post processing of parts
