You can find thousands of snappy how-to videos that inspire new ideas in beauty, food and DIY and chat live with others while watching them.  We are the leaders in short-form video, and retailers and brands see incredible engagement when they use our content, and are craving for more!

You'll be building out our products and systems (databases to APIs to UIs) to delight our users and build a thriving online community.  You'll help drive decisions on how best to nurture our products, mentor and grow other engineers and build robust, reusable, maintainable code.  Ultimately we want to scale how we connect our creators with brands and retailers so they can make money from the things they do just for fun today.

Who You Are

• You have relentless drive, work with a sense of urgency, and meet your commitments
• Expertise in several of our core languages and technologies, with a good knowledge of their associated ecosystems (Ruby on Rails, python, React, node.js, Docker, AWS, Swift)
  
• Demonstrated skills in delivering high quality code
• Expert understanding of object-oriented programming
• Deep experience with embedded databases and other system datastores
• Expert at designing and building RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services
• Good sense of UI design and a user-oriented focus
• Knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Proficient with code versioning tools
  
• Familiarity with continuous integration
