Job Description

Das Gemacht invites experienced, driven, passionate and ambitious individuals to join our organization as a Senior Sales Executive . The responsibilities include:

• Generate new business through proactive outbound sales calls and client visits for both IT Staff Augmentation and Solutions Sales. Analyzing different lead sources including websites, BBB, YP, mailings and database system for effective lead generation. Attending seminars, meetings, lunches, network sessions  scouting for potential new clients

• Maintain relationships by contacting current clients regarding services – retention and growth potential

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Business Development Director and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.

• Manage the end-to- end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.  Be the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers. Preparing proposals, presentations and business cases

• Work in close collaboration with pre-sales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.

• Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with  5-7 years of experience in IT staffing/services/solutions sales  or Masters Degree with 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing/services/solutions sales

• Staffing, Services and Solutions selling experience in any of the verticals like (Mfg., Retail & CPG, Banking & insurance, Media, etc). Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management.

• Build strong relationships with *C` level Executives (CEO, President, CIO, CTO) along with Directors of Technology, senior decision makers within the IT Service and Purchasing divisions at Mid-Large businesses and Fortune 1000 companies. Function as a Hunter, identifying IT project based work, IT staffing and Enterprise level IT consulting projects at Mid-Large businesses and Fortune 500 clientele.

• Excellent cold calling and account development skills. Strong contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region (North America).

• Must be highly energetic, self-driven, result oriented individual. Dynamic personality, outgoing and aggressive. Must have excellent networking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
