Data Concepts is looking for an Instructional Designer for one of our projects in the Richmond, VA area

 Responsible for designing, maintaining and delivering product and service training programs for new and existing associates using blended learning/eLearning tools. Develop and maintain training manuals, materials, training, and eLearning modules leveraging templates and existing best practices to enhance the performance and development of associates.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct new/revised product and services for new and existing associates
• Develop and design training documentation: participant guides, training manuals, course materials, leader guides, learning activities, and job aides to enhance the performance and development of associates
• Participate in training needs analysis through various methods and assist assigned customers with the development of an appropriate performance based action plan.
• Assist in the research and development of training modules to include technical training and soft skill training to enhance the skills and performance of existing associates.
• Participate in meetings with Team Leaders, Managers and Directors, VPs to provide input regarding workflow and system enhancements to ensure the appropriate level of service is available to the Operational Units
• Analyze and research various training options and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the training department.

• Knowledge of Learning Management systems and e-learning authoring tool (Articulate Storyline)
