Job Description

Program Manager will oversee performance of a large contract supplying administrative personnel to a federal government customer. Responsibilities include serving as liaison with customer management and contractual personnel, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, organizing and assigning resources, preparing required reports, oversight of quality control, and coordination of training and professional development.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years experience managing federal government projects. Strong written and oral communication skills. Cool under pressure. Very organized and able to oversee multiple activities simultaneously. Knowledgeable of FAR and DFARS. Secret security clearance.
