Job Description
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Sales Support that provides comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the sales team. The primary goal of sales support is to free up sales representatives so they can focus on their core responsibility of selling and building customer relationships.
Your main tasks are:
- Taking ownership of proposals from a process and administrative standpoint, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete in time and quality.
- Support the review of contractual documentation in close cooperation with the Group Legal department to ensure all contractual terms are compliant and risk-mitigated.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, allowing them to maximize their selling time.
Qualifications
Requirements for this role:
- Proven experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role at least 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience with contract management, preferably in cooperation with a legal department.
- Experience with co-managing and co-creating complex proposals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to coordinate multiple people and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in document preparation and data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent English and Czech language.
- German language is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Experience with Google office suite is an advantage.
