Job Description

The Web & Social Media Content Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of the content, function and tools involved in Digital Risk’s websites and social media presence. This includes content management, graphical development and support for the corporate website, careers website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other online assets. In addition analytical monitoring, reporting, maintaining project timelines and providing feedback for constant improvements and growth.


Responsibilities

• Lead in all website content management and scheduling of updates and content loads.

• Create and manage content for all branded Digital Risk websites

• Manage content for all Digital Risk careers and alumni websites

• Create and manage content for all Digital Risk’s social media channels

• Create and maintain SEO for corporate site

• Create necessary web content using standard graphic design programs.

• Create and proof all product information for upload.

• Gather and distribute user feedback for future site improvements.

• Setup and manage web statistics, using Google Analytics. Report on monthly basis.

• Trouble-shoot issues within all sites.

• Assist in all areas on site functionality, user issues and overall look and feel of sites. • Execute promotions through digital channels with the Go to Market Team.

• Testing of websites, from user perspective, in a planned, documented methodology.


Other Duties:

• Assist in other digital areas such as conference pages or other projects.

• Develop content as needed or assigned.

• Coordinate with global teams on content sharing and use

• Other tasks as needed or assigned

• Employee must have ability to develop strategic plans and long range goals and objectives

• Interact daily with Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Communications and Go 2 Market Teams

Qualifications

• Strong Web Design, Graphic Design, Content Management required

• Advance knowledge of Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Must be proficient in Word Press, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Dreamweaver

• Independent, Self-motivated approach to meet deadlines and provide quality product

• Ability to interpret data (analytics) and provide management level conclusions and action items

• Attention to detail (spelling, image quality, alignment/aesthetic)

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize heavy workloads and have the flexibility to manage changing priorities and project work in addition to day-to-day responsibilities

• Strong verbal and written skills that allow communication on person and with others outside the office
