Job Description

Job Responsbilities:

 

  • Administrative duties (answering phones, filing, etc.)
  • Directing individuals in a friendly manner
  • Setting up interviews
  • Conducting phone screens
  • Compiling all new hire packets
  • Assisting in new hire orientations
  • Respond to employment verification inquiries
  • Assisting with administering the random drug screening program
  • Other HR responsibilities that arise on a day to day basis

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Computer Savvy (Outlook, Efficient in Excel Spreadsheet Entry, Word)
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Effective Communication
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality is required
  • Confidentiality Discrections are a MUST
  • At least 6 months experience in an office setting
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm).
