Build a team of high performance engineers and make your mark as you build next gen products that will be the norm in tomorrow's high end buildings.  You have a "take no prisoners" mentality when it comes to managing an engineering team and developing new products.  Past teams will talk about your unmatched ability to manage product development from concept to product release.  This is an opportunity to work with product management and report to executive management as you and your team develop new products for our client, a leader in a SMART building category they defined.  Allocate resources, manage vendors and spearhead post release product improvements.

• Extensive hands-on experience in a startup environment
• Director level engineering management experience
• Experience with big data, data analytics
• Experience with Unix, LAMP and Linux
• Coding experience with C, C++, Node.js and Python
• Product design and production in building automation and controls, networked devices, industrial automation or IoT
• Expert knowledge of software engineering
• Engineering degree (Masters or PhD preferred)
• Pythagoras level problem solving skills
