Job Description

Even having only been in the U.S. market for two years, we're already cash positive and need help expanding. This is a quite straightforward role. The User Acquisition Manager has a focus on U.S. media and will work with marketing to acquire and analyze subscribers. In charge of a sizeable media budget, your main focus will be to direct new users to Playkids, work with mobile ad partners and simply grow the brand. It is a rewarding challenge to build an expanding company. How rewarding? Qualifications

To Dos and To Haves

•    Manage/create media/UA campaigns
•    Manage/budget media/ad investments and calculate ROI
•    Must be an ambitious owner of your role and space
•    Hands-on, results oriented, startup mentality
•    Understand common and new to market Mobile tools like: Google, FB (channel), Yamgo, Mixpanel, Flurry, Apsalar, HasOffers, Excel etc.
•    Guide Media Campaigns- develop and negotiate with media partners
•    Test new channels as well as research competitors’

Nice to haves

•    Prior experience in a similar role with a competitor (Netflix, Pandora, Amazon, Spotify, etc.)
•    Prior start-up exposure, entrepreneur
