Job Description

What to do? Work is comprised of Front-End Web Development with strong JavaScript application. You will be responsible for developing rich web UIs that integrate RESTful web services generating useful web solutions. Your teamm works on various web-based applications that ultimately contribute to high-quality UX. More specifics: Delve into a JavaScript framework to implement a UI which delivers information from the application layer for further processing and multi-format display. The optimal candidate will bring some currently-informed ideas for improvement with them as well. We need a thinker and doer for this one.

Qualifications

Need To Haves

6+ years experience building user interfaces for large, complex template-based websites
Expert level front end development using JavaScript, and jQuery framework along with HTML and CSS
Proven experience developing Ajax style web applications and MVC frameworks
Hands-on experience with web development and object-oriented software engineering
Competency in developing standards-compliant user interfaces accessible via the web
Proven ability to develop cross-browser compatible user interfaces
Proven ability to translate design documents into semantic code
Experience using web development tools such as Firebug, Developer Toolbar, or DebugBar

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
Experience developing with Bootstrap, LESS, Angular.js, Backbone/Knockout
Familiarity of database and server-side scripting languages
Experience with tools like Git
Hands-on experience integrating 3rd party APIs such as Google Maps
