Job Description: Independent Sales Agent (Independent Contractor, 1099 MISC.)

Title: Sales Agent II

Department: ATM Product Sales

Reports to: Regional Sales Director/Partner Relations Manager

Compensation: Commission/Residuals ($37,500.00 +)

 

 

Job Objective:

Responsible for ATM product line sales and equipment servicing, implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates retail traffic patterns, local market conditions, competitor data and implements sales plans and changes as needed. Oversees all prospect points of contact and client interactions, and promotional campaign activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for online/offline sales activities tailored exclusively to assigned market.

  • Demonstrates technical problem solving skills and growing knowledge of basic ATM operations.

  • Develops prospective client appointment scheduling in conjunction with sales goals, which details activities to follow during the sales cycle, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.

  • To manage all aspects of promotional print materials, receipt and distribution.

  • The achievement of frequent, timely and positive data acquisition of assigned area.

  • Managing ATM deployments from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  • Specifying product requirements for clients and future opportunities by conducting client research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.

  • Driving a solution set across entire teams (primarily Market Development/Technical Support, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market plan, working with Regional Sales Director/Partner Relations Manager to execute.

  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with Regional Sales Director/Partner Relations Manager.

Job Specifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in outside sales in the retail or technical sales industry.

  • Experience with business solutions with micro, large, and complex organizations.

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

  • Proven ability to engage all sales, marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
