Job Description

The Dialer Administrator / Analyst position requires the creation, implementation, interpretation and in depth analysis of productivity reports and dialer operations in or to create developmental plans. The data analysis will need to translate into strategic decisions with Global accountability.

Essential Job Functions Include:

  • Create outbound dialer services and monitor dialer efficiency daily.

  • Create, implement, and analyze reporting for all dialer operations.

  • Maintain and audit report for quality daily.

  • Create and analyze dialer strategies to maximize the effectiveness of dialer operations

  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience running a predictive dialer preferred

  • Familiarity of Noble Technology helpful

  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to self-manage

  • Strong ability to adapt to change

  • Some programming experience preferred but not required

  • Must be able to work from 12:00pm to 9:00pm with rotating Saturdays, this shift may change based on business needs.
