Job Description

The Senior Payment Analyst  will be responsible for the daily end-to-end payments process for the North American business which includes all customer electronic loan funding and direct debit.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily monitoring of Payments Dashboard to identify and escalate any discrepancies on a timely basis
  • Triage and troubleshoot discrepancies in the payments process
  • Develop and maintain evolving documentation of policies, processes, and procedural improvements to ensure the continuity of the payment system life cycle
  • Own and maintain Payment Issues Log for North America
  • Communicate status of all payment issues, root cause analysis and financial impact
  • Coordinate debriefing process for all payment issues
  • Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams
  • Post-production configuration for Treasury Workstation
  • Production support and Subject Matter Expert [SME] for the Kyriba Treasury Workstation
  • Perform data analysis and prepare statistical reporting for distribution to senior management.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in /Accounting/Finance/MIS

EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced systems administrator – minimum 5+ years
  • Has previously worked on systems implementations, specifically Payments Processing and/or Treasury Workstation

SKILLS

  • Is self-sufficient as a liaison between functional areas
  • Act as change agent for automation of payment system across organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
