Sales and Admissions Consultant

International Language Centers

Synopsis

EF International Language Centers is currently looking for a candidate who is passionate about travel and international education to enthusiastically promote English language courses in the US.

 

The Role

EF International Language Schools is currently looking for a talented individual to promote English language courses in the US. Working with embassies, agents and EF school staff, you will promote language programs abroad through various initiatives including PR, marketing through different venues including social media, direct sales, and mail/email distributions. You will also be responsible for supporting direct school sales, and relationships with embassies and agents. Additional daily tasks will include customer service support to our students abroad and those preparing for their departure as well as following up on enquiries via phone and email.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with US sales of EF’s language schools
  • Help maintain relationships with local agents
  • Work directly with EF’s schools within the US to drive local sales

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in a sales environment
  • Ability to effectively discuss academic aspect of our programs
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to delivery of highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in Korean and/or Japanese preferred
