Synopsis

Are you excited by the prospect of joining a travel company with the pedigree and expertise to become a leader in both domestic and international travel?We need self-motivated salespeople who are poised communicators, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for international travel.
The Role
As a Go Ahead Tour Consultant, you will sell domestic and international group tours to individual travelers. Using the telephone as your primary means of communication, you will drive and help manage growth in the burgeoning travel market as part of a spirited team. You will generate new sales opportunities, convert in-house leads from our marketing initiatives and be responsible for the overall travel experience of your customers. You will ensure repeat sales by building strong relationships and meeting the needs of your customers throughout the entire tour-planning process. Finally, you will harness your customer knowledge and expertise to suggest and implement your own entrepreneurial ideas in order to keep our business on the cutting edge.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1-3 years sales experience
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Confidence in sales ability
· Self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented personality
· Ability to meet long and short-term goals
· Ability to take ownership of a sale and be resourceful under pressure
· Passport
