Synopsis

EF Educational Tours is looking for Software Developers to join our fun, energetic and growing team.  We are looking for someone who is excited about learning new technologies and applying the best of what’s out there to constantly improve our systems. The Role

As a Software Developer, you will play an important role in promoting business initiatives.

Requirements

• A BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience developing with Visual Studio.Net (C# or VB.Net)
• Solid understanding Object Oriented concepts
• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries

Desired

• Experience with test-driven development – basic understanding of how guiding development by tests improves software design
• SOLID principles – ability to explain at least 2 with examples, not just recite the acronym
• Applied WPF and MVVM in at least one project
• Use of Entity Framework (code-first) in at least one project
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design
