Customer Account Coordinator
Go Ahead Tours (a division of EF Education First)
Cambridge, MA

Synopsis
As a Customer Account Coordinator you will work within the Customer Relations
Department of Go Ahead Tours, overseeing all aspects of customer finance.


The Role
Do you have strong critical thinking abilities and relish multi-tasking and problem
solving? As the Customer Account Coordinator, you will help oversee and manage
customer finance for the Go Ahead Customer Relations team. You will become a
financial guru, adept at analyzing customer accounts, processing payments and refunds,
and reacting dynamically to a fast-paced business environment. You will work with our
Sales and background teams to provide support to the phone staff of Customer
Relations, overseeing everything from: insurance claims, deposited checks, to Visa &
MasterCard transactions. As part of our training, we teach you how to work
independently (yet be able to run a team), know policy, and learn sales and marketing.

Requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (phone experience a plus)
• Basic Excel knowledge a must – the stronger the foundation, the better
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Fun to be around; excited by a small, fast-moving team
• Have a thirst to learn new skills and technologies, and can pick things up easily
