EF, the world's largest international education company, seeks a savvy marketing whiz to help oversee strategic marketing for one of it’s fastest-growing, international divisions: EF English First Kids and Teens division. As the Director of Marketing, you will oversee marketing teams across some of the world’s largest consumer markets- China, Russia and Indonesia. Based at EF’s award-winning office in Shanghai, you will be a core member of the executive management team.

Ideal candidate possesses:

• Strategic marketing skills that blends natural creative instinct with practical, far sighted marketing planning
• Creative marketing “je ne sais quoi” touch to generate amazing student/teacher and consumer marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats (print/TV/outdoor/video)
•  Solid analytical skills
• Attention to detail and proven ability to lead and execute marketing campaigns
• Experience in online and offline marketing
• Great communication skills, fluency in English a must to work with a diverse group of marketing teams across cultures
• Marketing experience at a major brand, FMCG, or advertising agency a plus
• Passion for adventure and fun. A love for travel!
