EF is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment and Employee Development team in China.  Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Employee Development, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as an EF ambassador on university campuses----building EF’s employer brand and attracting great talent. As a member of EF's Global Recruitment and Employee Development team, you'll be an integral part of our mission to make EF the best place to work. You'll have a bird’s-eye view of how EF operates, and gain invaluable exposure to EF's management team. Work on something cool and significant: sourcing the best talent for EF China!

The Role

As EF China’s ambassador, you will work with our passionate team to:

• Promote EF’s employer brand among leading universities and influential student organizations
• Streamline and optimize online job platforms, and ensure professional and consistent image on social media
• Facilitate recruitment events to attract potential talent
• Promote internal referrals
• Initiate ideas and activities to engage staff and improve retention
