Cultural Care Au Pair
Cambridge, MA 

Synopsis

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will work within the Account Services Department and play an integral role in providing quality customer service to all of our internal and external customers.  


The Role

As a Customer Relations Specialist based in our Cambridge, MA headquarters, you will serve as an ambassador for the au pair program. Working mostly through phone and email communication, you serve as the primary resource of information and problem solving for our families, au pairs, field staff, and colleagues.  You are committed to ensuring our customers’ needs are heard and ultimately resolved.  You identify and implement opportunities to enhance our customers experience and consistently have a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations. You love to make people happy and believe nothing is impossible when it comes to customer service. You're a quick learner and resourceful, your communication skills are superior and your commitment to customer service and quality is second to none.

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Phone experience a must
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment
  • Strong attention to detail skills
