ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Recruit, hire, train and manage sales team

• Maintain strong relationships with content, tech support, product, client services and finance

• Build and monitor process into the sales and account management cycle

• Provide strategic sales insight/expertise to the leadership team and entire company


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA or BS degree. MBA degree is desirable.

• 10+ years of sales management experience leading high achieving sales teams.

• An understanding of some sort of technical software or Internet related solutions a big plus.

• Strong communications skills are a must – effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Candidate should exude dynamism, charisma, superior work ethic and uber-high drive.

• Strong leadership and employee management skills.

• Excellent analytical and research skills.
