Job Description

The Global Account Management Program Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Global Account Management Project Manager and the Director of Global Account Management Operations. This individual will support any project-related work for the Account Development Program as well as any other ad hoc support that is needed for this team and Account Management Operations. The Account Development Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks relating to projects and the overall Account Development Program. This role will also support the day-to-day operations for Account Development Managers and will act as a point of reference for individuals in these roles.

This position will collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management personnel, Marketing, regional Account Management Leadership, and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB EXPECTATIONS

These are the minimum results expected from a successful Global Account Management Program Operations Coordinator:

  • Support Project Manager and Director in strategic initiatives such as identifying process improvements, implementing technology solutions, and streamlining efficiencies
  • Help with project and team meetings by assisting with note-taking, facilitation, organization, and tracking of next steps
  • Help to compile project status reports as needed
  • Complete program weekly and monthly revenue and activity reporting
  • Update and maintain Account Development Program SharePoint sites
  • Communicate with both Account Management and other related business stakeholders
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Account Development Program and any ad hoc tasks that come with it

Qualifications

  • Individual should have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Project / time management-oriented skillset & aptitude
  • Industry / company experience across functional areas including:  Account Management, Sales, Product, and Service
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience, with a Degree in Business Finance / Administration / Communications preferable
  • Must be curious, a creative problem solver, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to remain agile and flex quickly in an ever-changing environment
  • Proven strategic, analytical & creative thinking skills
  • Comfortable dealing with senior executives and cross-functional partners
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with third party business registry services (ie. Hoovers / Dun&Bradstreet) and analytical reporting software such as DbVisualizer, Power BI and InetSoft

  • Expected salary: $78,000-$82,000
