Are you passionate about international trade, compliance, leading teams?  Join Expeditors as Customs Brokerage Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth customs operations while developing and guiding a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily customs brokerage operations and allocate team workloads.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and customs requirements.
• Support audits, duty deferment monitoring, and refund processes.
• Collaborate with the Trade Compliance Manager on compliance initiatives.
• Drive process improvement and system enhancements.
• Mentor and coach team members, leading performance appraisals.
• Support customer needs with timely and accurate duty/VAT reviews.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and build a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Word.
• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
