Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling pest control and lawn care accounts over the phone. You will also have other duties assigned to you by supervisors and managers.

Job Description

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling pest control and lawn care accounts over the phone. Within this you will be communicating with our current and former customers to sell new and additional services. Collaboration is a required skill for this position because of the extent that you will have to work with other members of the sales team to ensure accuracy with every lead we interact with. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Responsibilities

  • Engage, consult, and close organically-generated inbound leads
  • Follow up with current and former customers to sell new and additional services
  • Collaborate with inside sales associate team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of and that no leads are lost
  • Increase inside sales skills and experience through attending group and individual sales trainings led by leaders with a proven track record

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and develop inside sales techniques and surpass expectations.
  • Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a high level of work ethic.
