Job Description

As an Intern/Co-op you will be responsible for supporting the Firm's talent acquisition and development function. This will include resume screening, screening interviews, and on campus recruitment coordination and participation.

• Represent the Firm at a variety of networking and recruiting events with a high level of professionalism
Maintain and monitor new applicant activity in applicant tracking system and present candidates for interviewing

• Perform phone screening interviews with intern and entry-level candidates

• Schedule phone and in-person interviews with prospective experienced candidates
• Screen candidate applications and coordinating on campus recruitment events
• Establish and maintain contact with candidates and candidate sources

Qualifications

• Progress toward a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Prior co-op/internship experience in a recruiting field desirable but not required
• Strong computer skills; experience with databases and excel

Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Mostly office environment.
• Must be able to travel to college/university locations both locally and regionally.
• Some light lifting is required.
• Significant sitting is required
