Job Description

In the Account Manager position, you will provide professional and knowledgeable sales service to E-Commerce clients while achieving sales objectives. Primary assigned product categories include but is not limited to textiles, furniture and related accessories. This position is also responsible for managing sales and service processes related to assigned accounts by notifying clients of new products, following through on the status of sales orders and participating in industry events requiring occasional overnight travel. Also maintains strong product knowledge and maintains the assigned accounts data entry within our internal systems as well as the client’s systems.  This position is well suited for individuals that have been buyers, merchandise planners, and other retail industry merchandising associates.

Qualifications

 Sales and relationship management through communicating effectively with customers, partners and suppliers regarding order status and market trends.

 Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook software.

 Practice excellent time and project management skills

 Detail oriented and proficient in data entry

 Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

 Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, costing orders and managing inventory stock levels.

 Exhibit ability to think outside the box when working with customer to create solutions that create value to the customer

 Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization

 Present positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times.

 Possess strong problem solving skills

 Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts.

 Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure that business needs and desires are being met in a timely and efficient manner.

 Develop presentation strategies, sales presentations, and play an active and valuable role during the presentation process.

 Collect, organize, create and present project briefs to internal teams.

 Assess client objectives and goals to provide clear, concise direction to internal teams regarding strategic interactive marketing goals throughout project lifecycle.

 Facilitate and be accountable for client projects with special attention to tracking and management of resource consumption.

 Provide clear and detailed communication, both written and verbal, for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.

 Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.

 Keep clients informed on new techniques, strategies and opportunities to improve their marketing efforts.

 Represent Endygo at industry and networking events requiring occasional travel.
