Job Location: Dallas TX

I have multiple position of Production Support experiences with UNIX/SQL OR Java OR ETL OR Oracle, PL/SQL OR BI with any one Must have a good exp in Production Support  

• Ability to provide reporting on daily/weekly/monthly status

• Ability to perform investigative root cause analysis and irreversible corrective action as part of user management (provisioning, revocation and access reviews) with ability to provide subject matter expertise for investigation and support of assigned applications and hands-on support of the applications, and serve as point of contact for all initial troubleshooting production incidents end to end

• Ability to monitor and issue resolution of daily batch processing
