Envisia is leveraging the unique and powerful properties of the PRINT® technology to develop therapies for a variety of ocular conditions, beginning with ENV515 for glaucoma. Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time contract Bio-Analytical Lab Associate to play an important role in supporting our research and development efforts across multiple programs in the life sciences.

This position offers challenging, individual growth opportunities and continuous variety for a highly motivated individual. In this role you will:

• Perform bioanalytical testing of research, in-process, and finished product samples

• Contribute to developing new analytical methods to support research and development efforts

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team in a hands-on laboratory environment

Compensation will be provided based on experience.

Qualifications

B.S. Biology, Biochemistry, or a similar field, 0 -1 year experience

• Basic knowledge of bioassays, SDS PAGE (gel electrophoresis), protein staining methods including Coomassie and silver stain

• Experience with analytical protein assays including BCA, Bradford, and ELISA

• Experience with UV-Vis spectrophotometer, plate based assays, pH meter, analytical balance, and other similar analytical laboratory equipment

• Must be a strong analytical thinker and able to keep detailed documentation in a laboratory notebook

• Experience in executing experiments independently (lab assistant, independent research)

• Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment is essential for success

• Must possess strong communication skills
