Job Description

The Home Health Office Manager/Coordinator reports directly to the Home Care Executive Director and is responsible for ensuring that all client referrals are appropriately staffed; that communication between personal care attendants, aides, nursing staff, vendors and family members are appropriately and professional handled; and that workers are supervised to ensure and maintain the highest quality of care. The Home Care Office Manager/Coordinator schedules staff assignments; monitors and resolves daily attendance issues; ensures Blaire House Home Care and vendor contracts and policies are adhered to; and maintains client confidentiality.

Office management includes customer service with handling main phone lines; preparing mailing packets and managing mailing database; maintaining client and employee databases daily; maintaining, preparing and documentation of payroll; purchase, order and maintaining office supplies and equipment for the functioning of the agency; prepare, mail and maintain client billing and payment information.

 

Qualifications

High school diploma required, Baccalaureate degree or special training preferred.

3+ yrs experience in Home Care administrative and clerical procedures, including computer systems.

Excellent English communication and writing skills, Bi-lingual preferred.
