The Sales representative is primarily responsible for taking inbound chats and presenting the right solution based upon the customer’s needs. In addition, the representative is responsible for consulting with customers and guiding them to the best products available for their use; responding to customer inquiries concerning sales, services and possible Application use. Most importantly the representative must follow our unique practices, procedures and guidelines in analyzing the situation for customers as well as provide the highest quality in excellent sales and service.
Must have a resume that highlights sales experience, as well being able to type 45 words per minute.
