Job Description

Shifts: 

  • Weekdays: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM 

  • Weekends: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR  6:00 PM - 12:30 AM

  • Official Holidays (Eid, National Days, etc) same schedule 

Tasks:

  • Post the content on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok daily 

  • Reply to comments and interact with the customers in a lighthearted, friendly way

  • Raise complaints and notes to customer service through email 

  • Moderate the community and recognize track any trends

  • Report any trends and recurring complaints to the client

  • Complete required reports 

  • Track any trends and jump on them

  • Write engaging captions and tweets

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ideate content for various platforms

Qualifications

  • High use of social media including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat

  • Superior in Arabic (written and verbal communication skills)

  • Ability to recognize social media trends, be in the loop of local news

  • Ability to communicate and understand local language

  • Ability to use Google Sheets and Google Docs

  • Well-versed in social media news and trends. 

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence others.
