POSITION TITLE (ENGLISH): Senior Python Developer

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

The aim of Observability Engineering is to deliver data and knowledge to promote excellence in software development through analyzing performance data, educating staff and utilizing performance improvement methodology using the support of leadership and staff empowerment. While monitoring helps us identify whether a system is working, Observability analyses the root cause for a system that is not working.

 POSITION & OBJECTIVES:

Experience:

• Graduation in Computer Science or any other equivalent degree.
• 6 - 8 Years of relevant work experience in Python development with data handling capabilities and SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and Lean Agile Scrum or Kanban Methodologies
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

Job description:

Technology skills:

Mandatory

• Strong relative development experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with functional Programming and multi-threading concepts.
• Having good hands on experience creating data pipelines with Apache Kafka and NoSQL databases.
• Programming experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript libraries is required.
• Ability to do data analysis, designing and implementing performance dashboards and new KPIs.
• Proficient in Shell and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands on experience with Linux and Windows.
• Good hands-on knowledge of performance/memory analysis with n-tier architecture applications.
• Should have experience with software source control systems(Git).

Preferred

·         Proficient knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.

·         Knowledge on Microservices like Falcon, Flask is required.

·         Knowledge on any Application Performance Monitoring solutions (AppDynamics, NewRelic, DynaTrace, DataDog).

Personal Skills:

• Effective communication and ability to work with global cross-functional teams.
• Should be able to work with internal clients for requirements elicitations and presentations.
