Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (A CMMI Level 3 Company) is a 100% full owned subsidiary of Eurofins. This young captive centre located in Bangalore was established in 2012 to be the largest IT Solutions group within Eurofins to cater to all the internal IT business needs. The primary focus of IT Solution group will be to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, Ecommerce solutions, ERP/CRM system & B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses.

Job Description

TITLE : QA Test Engineer

REPORTING TO : Manager

WORKING LOCATION : Bangalore

WORK EXPERIENCE:  2-4 years

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 
 
Technology skills –

Mandatory

• Strong understanding of SQA methodologies

• 1-2 years of C# programming working knowledge is desired

• Working experience with Microsoft stack with strong technical skills

• Experience with TFS and MTM is desired.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in Agile environment.

• Should be strong in Database

• Good debugging skills Methodology skills

• Understand the requirements; transform those in to test cases and Work effectively in scrum team.

• Experience in Automation is desirable. Contribute to automation scripts development or review on need basis.  

• Write DB scripts to create test data for the test cases.

• Planning and execution of Functional, regression, and exploratory test cases in Web application environment. Personal Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.

• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies

• Flexible working hours and not adhere to only First shift timings

• Flexible to work in both Manual testing and test Automation 
 
 TRAVEL: Ready to travel to USA/Europe (if required, ~10%) 
 
PREFERED CANDIDATES

• BE Computer Science/ M.Sc/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree

• Self-motivated, get-it-done attitude; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines, details and quality

• At ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of technologies (shared code, document portal, phone, chat, e-mail) • International work experience will be a plus
