🧪 Cell Culture & Downstream Processing

• Conduct lab-scale cell culture studies (shake flask through fed-batch bioreactor and harvest)
• Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation
• Execute cGLP cell banking activities for research use

📅 Lab Coordination & Collaboration

• Align lab activities with broader scientific team schedules
• Present technical topics in cross-functional meetings

📊 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Statistically analyze large datasets
• Draft technical reports to support commercial filings

🏭 Manufacturing Support

• Provide technical support during troubleshooting
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🚀 Project Management & Innovation

• Take ownership of technical reports and projects
• Develop and drive scientific or business-related improvement ideas

🧬 Technical Expertise

• Understand antibody manufacturing processes
• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field; Biochemistry preferred
• Hands-on experience and demonstrated competency with cell culture techniques

🇺🇸 Work Authorization

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restrictions or need for sponsorship

📍 Location

• Candidates located within a commutable distance to Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply

📅 Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

💵 Compensation

• Hourly rate: $21.50 – $22.50
