Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

Job Description
Summary of Role and Objectives:
The Program is looking for an additional Program Management Office Member (PMO Member) in Eurofins IT Solutions to provide governance, improve the existing Software Engineering Practices, drive implementation of our internal processes, and support project teams within the program. The candidate must be able to define the required processes, facilitate program events and meetings, ensure different projects in the program embrace existing Software Engineering practices, and track and report KPIs to Senior Management.
Position Title: PMO Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to define proactive proposals of KPIs to demonstrate improvement or capture deviation
- Assist in the preparation and upkeeping of project documentation (processes/ guidelines/ checklists/ templates/ etc), reports, and Azure DevOps dashboards to ensure accurate project tracking and visibility
- Drive implementation of processes and other defined IT processes within the program
- Engage with, coach, train, guide and mentor project teams to successfully adopt these IT processes
- Support project teams to conduct root cause analysis, identify the root causes impacting program delivery, propose improvements, take relevant improvement actions
- Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings, agenda preparation, and minutes-taking for PMO-related sessions
- Follow-up, facilitate and take the required action for the closure of action items
- Monitor project/ program progress and maintain project management tools and systems to support effective application delivery
- Facilitate onboarding and training of project team members on PMO processes and best practices
- Serve as a communication liaison between the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow
- Support resource tracking and budget monitoring activities to uphold project financial controls
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of PMO and project managers to enhance operational efficiency
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- 6-8 years of work experience in the IT domain, preferably software development and delivery, with 1-3 years of Program Management/ Project Management/ Project Delivery
- Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the Agile Methodology, Scrum framework for software development is a must
- Knowledge/ experience working with large scale scrum teams is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing and tracking within the program, and help the program to achieve improvement in quality and delivery timelines
- Ability to create, modify processes, procedures, guidelines, templates, checklists as needed for the program
- Expertise in MS-Office applications, especially MS-Excel is required (ability to write Macros)
- Usage of project management & collaboration tools (e.g. Experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online, Automation using Power BI)
- Experience in working with multicultural teams, onsite-offshore models, distributed teams is preferred
- Strong customer focused and relationship building skills, ability to deliver against tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical, inter-personal and communication (Verbal and Witten) skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Computer Sciences, Information Technology)
