Job Description

  • Responsible for revenue growth for the Environment Business Unit for local Eurofins Mechem in Singapore territory.
  • Work with sales leadership and marketing to establish action plans for prospecting and lead generation, acquiring new accounts, developing sales tactics, penetrating new lines of business and developing specific account strategies
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for verticals and assigned geographies
  • Provide reporting and activity management including CRM and other tools
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Science or any other related field.
  • Comprehensive (at least 5+ years) sales experience in the environment testing or environmental consulting industries
  • Proven record for developing and implementing successful strategies that led to increased sales
  • Capable of bring in immediate clients and sales
  • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as market trends studies for mid-long term planning
  • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
  • Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in from upper management
  • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.
