We are seeking a Project Manager who will manage, and oversee the day-to-day activities of our organization’s estate sales. EBTH is a vibrant, game-changing company and we’re looking for an all-out team player that can thrive in a startup culture and revolutionize the way personal property is bought and sold.  

As a young company, we move fast and take risks – and while this will be a very demanding position, you’ll be surrounded by a passionate team of individuals that are dedicated to the common goal of drastically changing the way that personal property is sold, bought, and moved across the country and across the world – and we have a lot of fun while we’re doing it! 

Job Description

TASKS YOU'LL BE JUGGLING

- Schedule and assign personnel and resources to estate sale locations.

- Monitor Estate Sale Specialist progress and productivity to ensure photography and cataloging processes are on track.

- Maintain sale calendar and load contracts received from Relationship Manager.

- Schedule and perform initial walk- through with the owner (consignor) and Estate Service Specialist to identify risks, logistical issues, and owner preferences.

- Facilitate cleaning and organization of challenge properties for Estate Service Specialist.

- Field calls from consignors and customer service regarding sale matters.

- Ensure sale imagery and content is presentable prior to go live date.

- Coach and develop estate sale staff.

- Develop and update training documents and worksheets and communicate relevant changes to staff.

- Deliver an outstanding seller experience and successful sale.

- Help grow EBTH nationally by developing and sharing expertise, experience, and best practices.

- Have a blast working alongside a vibrant crew of EBTH-ers who like to work hard / play hard!

Qualifications

YOUR CREDENTIALS

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- A team player that is goal-focused, self-motivated, and flexible.

- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

- Ability to balance attention-to-detail with quick execution. We need to act quickly, and we need to do things well.

- Ability to move/lift 50lbs.

- Excellent writing skills and serious attention-to-detail.

- Strong technical skills. You will need to understand software and photography issues.

- A sense of humor. No, really!
