Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check Time clock punches Daily and make proper changes
- Walk the premises numerous times daily to check attendance and to ensure all employee’s are working safely and efficiently and keep documented records
- Write and submit a reports daily that covers all activities accomplished for the day; i.e., check-ins, discoveries from walking the floor and speaking with the leads, new starts and ends for the day, interviews, associate walk-thru’s, associate testing, marketing calls, etc.
- Responsible for giving out applications, ensuring the application is filled out correctly and completely.
- Fill all on-site job orders immediately and efficiently as well as assisting the branch with openings as well.
- Responsible for own Job postings and recruiting for positions open at client.
Safety
- Responsible for giving monthly safety meetings for all temporary and permanent employees with a monthly topic and keeping written track of all attendee’s
- Responsible for taking reports of any accident/incident reports that occur at clients premises and dispatch to clinic if required.
- Responsible for checking daily that all EE’s are working safely and that there work environment if safe as well.
- Give orientation, tour of the warehouse and meet supervisor
Payroll
- Responsible for making Group time sheets for Client to keep track manually as a back up for weekly payroll
- Responsible for matching manual payroll sheets with time clock report weekly and turning in time sheets to payroll for pay
- Responsible for making sure all invoices match the back up time sheets.
- Assist all employees with any questions that they might have with their pay check
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a H.S. Diploma/Associate’s degree and equivalent work experience in the staffing industry.
- Candidate must possess a proven ability to lead and develop others, build relationships, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus and strong team orientation with all levels of employees and customer.
- Technical proficiency with computers is also a critical success factor.
- Staffing experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Hourly Wage/Salary (DOE) with possible commission
