Objectives

  • Stabilize customers accounts

  • Structurate the customers account follow-up

  • Handle technical support and customer trainings

Missions

Ensure customers fidelization by maximizing their satisfaction, to develop upsales and cross sales. Three sides of the job:

  • Project Management with internal teams in critical projects follow-up

  • Technical development in key strategic customer accounts (activity follow-up, customer feedbacks, interactions with internal Production, Support, Sales and R&D teams, writing and following associated action plan)

  • Customer Technical Support

Responsibilities for each critical project:

  • Prepare and run kickoff and monthly review, communication with customer

  • Master quality, cost and delay

Responsibilities for each key customer account:

  • Prepare and run activity review meetings

  • Training to new offers, product news

  • Pilot action plan, and review with customer

KPI for accounts:

  • Average meeting number per week

  • Account deployment indicators: nb projects, value, progress

  • Customer satisfaction

  • NPS (net promoter score)

  • Cross-sell and up-sell on accounts

Qualifications

Profile

  • Experienced in Customer Success Management

  • Good experience in construction sector

  • Ability to speak Dutch, French and English is mandatory

  • Be concise on reporting

  • Good organisation skills (flexible and independent)

  • Team spirit

  • Taste for challenge
