This is when FINALCAD Business Development team steps in : a determined team, able to make its way through new countries and open new markets.

What is the team doing on a daily basis ? Busy signing the biggest PPP of the world in Singapore for the Sports Hub project, first project of a long series that enabled the opening of a subsidiary in South East Asia. Signing the biggest project of the United States East Coast in Miami, or with Japanese key accounts. The team also ensured the opening of the transport infrastructure with the RATP, the world’s 4th biggest railway company.

The team also develops indirect sales through FINALCAD Partnership Program enabling FINALCAD to thrive in Latin America, Asia and Middle-East.

The team’s stake is to identify and to demonstrate the best accelerators enabling FINALCAD to put in place the necessary structure in order to ensure the development on each of these aspects.

Job Description

Based in France (Gometz-la-Ville - 91) and as part of the Biz Dev team, you will be responsible for key accounts, primarily for the infrastructure industry and also for the energy industry.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Define the Sales strategy, the kits, the relationships, the booking for our key accounts

  • Build, establish, provide and develop the most relevant offers for our customers, customized for their needs

  • Establish solid relationships with key players in the organizations, especially with top management

  • Define good practices, structure and share them within the company

  • Train the Sales team (in France and in Singapore) and our partners on sales techniques previously defined

  • Achieve the growth goals set for the year

Qualifications

You have a engineer of business school diploma

You have at least 8 to 10 years of proven track record in a similar role

You speak perfectly French and English. Another language is an asset

You have experience dealing with C-level and high profile leaders

You have a good knowledge of CRM (Zuora, Salesforce)

You are determined, structured, result-driven

You have excellent communication skills

You are willing to travel on a regular basis
