With thousands of work sites worldwide presence, FINALCAD has been transforming the way to build since 2011. By using FINALCAD to record defect, monitor progress and complete quality control checklist, every stakeholders involved in a construction site can save time and improve productivity.

Existing methodologies and field team mindset were born using paper. Now, digitalization in construction will completely redefine the daily site activities. FINALCAD implementation is not only about mobile app usage, it’s also about changing people’s mindset. It’s a new organization of work and a new methodology for projects. This is the value of FINALCAD, and our mission as Customer Success Managers is to guide our customer through this step. We are here to drive this change, by leveraging on our expertise on 10,000 projects we have worked on so far.

People can’t imagine from themselves all the possibilites that FINALCAD brings. We have to show them, teach them, recommend new ideas and provide right solutions to the challenges that they face.

Job Description

Successful change management is your mission. Ensuring customer’s satisfaction and to take advantage of such experience to share potential cross-selling or upselling activities with the sales team.

You are expected to manage one of the biggest contractor in Japan as a new account, for projects in Asia.

Three sides of the job:

  • Project Management with internal teams in critical projects follow-up

  • Account Management and reporting to the customer team in charge of FINALCAD implementation

  • Customer Technical Support

Responsibilities for each key customer account:

  • Prepare and run activity review meetings

  • Training to new offers, product news

  • Manage customer feedback, and review with customer

  • Provide technical support


  • Stabilize customers accounts

  • Initiating the customers account follow-up including projects setup and technical support

  • Salesforce activities



  • Experienced in Customer Success Management is appreciated

  • Experience in a software company

  • Mobility: about half of the time overseas (China, Vietnam for example)

  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be a plus

  • Ability to speak English, Japanese, Mandarin are mandatory
