Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer ( python/java/.net polyglot would be great ) that loves building on Google App Engine and is totally cool to let go of the past where you controlled everything on the server. It’s all about building applications right? Not configuring load balancers!
Your day will be spent building stuff that helps restaurants grow and making sure the consumers of the world get to order great dishes that they are going to love.
Our software today allows restaurants to have a white label website with apps running in the restaurant kitchen controlling printers, social media tools that categories all photos of their food on the internet, and much more.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 years experience in a Java based role
- 2 years experience of using Google App Engine ( Datastore, Task Queue & End Points )
- HTML5 & Javascript
Great to have
- Android & iOS development
- Enjoys eating
- mySQL ( Google CloudSQL )
- Data mining ( finding that golden dish )
