With an eye on the future, the Client Mobility Group's Field Force Transformation Practice delivers extensive experience in implementing innovative, mobile technology & field workforce based business solutions focusing on field force operations and customer relationship management.
Working within Client 's Mobile Solutions practice, you will help to define and deliver solutions for clients with mobile and distributed workforces. Your experience should cover a mixture of technology, process and business strategy, using mobile processes and technology to fundamentally transform the way businesses operate. Your background will be in the delivery of projects including mobile solution implementation, product selection and application strategy definition, or the introduction of mobile technology and business improvement into an operational organization.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate not only an understanding of the technology aspects of mobile working, but also creation of business cases for technology and organisational transformation; development of solution architecture, implementation plans and estimates; an understanding of the pros and cons of different approaches; and an ability to work independently throughout the solution lifecycle.
Ability to Travel (80% Monday-Thursday)
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in delivering field service/workforce management solutions (e.g. ClickSoftware, Ventyx, TOA, 360 Scheduler)
Ability to travel 80% (Monday-Thursday)
Functional Experience with any of the following:
Process analysis and improvement experience
Field force productivity and transformation
Techincal Experience with any of the following:
Mobile middleware and application platforms, e.g. Syclo, Sybase, Antenna (Dexterra)
Remote device management, security and content management, e.g. Sybase Afaria, B2M, Netmotion Wireless
Mobile devices, from laptops and tablets to Windows Mobile, iPhone, Android, RIM
Wireless network technologies, e.g. Wifi, 3G, Wi-Max, satellite.
