Position Summary Account Executive supports the assigned industry area to achieve individual sales quota that will be focused on new accounts. He /she will manage a complex value based sales process developing cross functional account relationships with client executives, business users, and IT resources. A seasoned sales professional who can aggressively identify and close business while developing and fostering long term relationships and partnerships with their clients. Responsibilities • Achieve assigned quota working directly with customers and prospects to position the value of Client solutions and services; • Develop and manage account strategies and planning; • Execute a value based solution selling process of prospecting, requirements discovery, solution development, business justification, and closure; • Selling services as part of the software sales Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • Over 10 years of successful selling experience. Over 5 year’s experience selling Application Software. • Major ERP experience (Oracle/SAP/Other) with responsibility for annual quotas in excess of $1-2mm • Consistent quota overachievement • Manufacturing (process or discrete) and/or Food/Beverage vertical experience preferred • Experience in working with both a large & small software companies • Demonstrates knowledge of territory planning and account planning • Must be able to travel 50+% of the time
