Job Description

Among its peer social service agencies, Families First sets the standard for data collection and analysis, implementing lessons learned to improve program delivery.  Research has long been part of the Families First culture, and there were two important milestones that have deepened this within the agency culture:

  2. In 2009, research efforts were formalized with the creation of a new Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Practice-Based Research (PBR) department.  Families First now has a robust agency-wide data management system and CQI/PBR staff dedicated to promoting best practices throughout the organization.

The department is anticipated to grow over the next two-three years and this position is expected to advance.
