Job Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· The ideal candidate will have excellent product and program management skills with 8+ years of experience in a fast paced environment taking a product/service offering through its complete lifecycle and delivering highly scalable offerings.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and also influence key partners for the program and work effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
· Demonstrate business acumen and skills in driving change by developing business proposals and driving implementation of recommendations through effective written and oral communication.
· Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on programs
· Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution.
· Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or other master's degree in business, marketing or technical discipline
· Experience in eCommerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry or management consulting with focus on one of these industries
· Background in analysis of large volume of data to drive recommendations and make decisions.
· Track record of managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources
