Job Description

Findaway is hiring a Back End Developer to join our Digital Team.  You will be called on to support Findaway’s Audiobook API and internal audiobook processing infrastructure, which delivers audiobooks, metadata, and purchasing functionality to our customers 24x7x365.

Qualifications


  • Software development experience or related Computer Science Course, preferably with Python as this is the language you will be using everyday.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn git/Github and Jira as this is what keeps our development sane.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts in an unstructured environment
  • Ability to communicate complex issues, recognize tradeoffs, and clearly recommend a course of action
  • Experience with a relation database, preferably PostgreSQL
