Job Description

Findaway is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced Operations team!  This role reports directly to our Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems
  • Records purchases, maintains database, coordinates physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count
  • Processes and/or approves invoices for payment
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, and system upkeep, in support of the Operations Team
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
  • Database management skills
  • Problem solver with analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
  • Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office ability
  • Bachelors degree preferred
